This is another online training transformation. The goal was to drop 10kg, change her mindset and feel more comfortable and happy with her body.. we did exactly that! ⁣

We did all of this without cutting out carbs, without starving her, without spending hours training each day- this was done with 3, 30 minute home workouts a week!
