At Surbiton Fitbox, we are a 1-1 personal training studio where you are the priority every single session. There will only be you and your Personal Trainer in the studio at any one time, plus an extra person if you choose to train with a buddy.

We take away all the thinking and guesswork by giving you a completely tailored nutrition plan along with your very own training plan for outside of your sessions if needed. All you have to do is show up and follow our guidance in order to get the best results possible.

From complete beginner to experienced gym goer- no matter who you are, we will help you get the best out of every moment along your fitness journey and help you achieve great results whilst making every session as enjoyable as possible!
