Amy took part in one of our fat loss challenges at Staines Fitbox, she trained consistently throughout and did exactly as we asked with her nutrition. The pictures don’t do it justice because of the loose clothes but that’s also 5.5 inches off the waist.
It’s worth noting this was done around Christmas! We incorporated some social occasions, we didn’t ban alcohol or meals out or anything like that- we’re not believers in overly restricting yourself!
This is just the start for Amy, in the new year we have some big goals! She is determined and will make even more progress very soon.. watch this space!
