This is another online training client of ours. The goal was to reduce body fat in a sustainable manner, we did this by putting a fairly flexible meal plan in place as well as some home workouts to follow based around the equipment he has access to.⁣ ⁣ The plan now is to do another couple of weeks and get a little more body fat off, we’ll then look at gradually increasing calories whilst his body adjusts, once we’ve done that for a few weeks he’ll be maintaining his lowest weight and body fat % on more calories, that’s when it becomes easier to maintain!
