This transformation was done in 5 weeks! We dropped 7 kg and 4.5 inches on the waist! The goal was to get a slimmer waistand a more defined stomach.. we definitely did that!

These pictures are 2 months apart. In these 2 months we’ve dropped fat and built muscle, completely changing how the body looks! We’ve achieved this by weight training in an intense manner 5x a week and adding in small amounts of cardio in sessions. We also stuck to a meal plan which ensures that protein intake is adequate, carbohydrates are timed around workouts and calories are low enough to be in a deficit. This is the result of two months worth of consistency!

“I joined Staines Fitbox after recovering from an injury. After not being able to exercise for sometime I put on some weight! Joining Fitbox was the best thing I did. With the well-structured varied exercise training routines set up by the trainers and following the suggested diet I lost the fat I put on. I dropped a few % in body fat was leaner, more muscular, stronger and fitter then before. But the most amazing thing is I did this all with a bad tennis elbow injury which means I couldn’t do many exercises. “It’s been almost 2 years since I joined and I can honestly say that it’s the BEST decision I ever made. Before I joined Fit Box I was a member of another gym but never felt motivated to go. There was nothing to motivate me or more to the point NO ONE to motivate me, to give me the confidence I needed to get fit and healthy again. When I joined they gave advice on what to eat and what to avoid toachieving my potential. There are regular one to one sessions to weigh and measure and talk about anything you feel you need from your trainers. “For the last few years I have struggled with getting into a gym routine. I would go for a few weeks, maybe months if I was really motivated but would invariably end up stopping.
